1998 is the crop that has been used to elaborate this cava, which was qualified as very good by the Consell Regulador del Cava. Elaborated with the traditional Penedès varieties and with an ageing of 12 years in bottle, this Extra Brut Gran Reserva will suggest everything but indifference... Grandiloquent aromatic potential and fruity tessitura, without sugar, round and expansive in mouth, long and calm posttaste. A cava like this is matches perfectly with copious meals such as Christmas ones.
